Warranty Coverage:
SDS warrants to the original retail purchaser that a new SDS Diesel Industrial Engine and / or SDS
Generator will be free from defects in material and / or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SDS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, except where such disclaimer is prohibited by law. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, THEN IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIFE OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY.

Warranty Period:
For diesel products, eighteen (18) months.
For Gasoline products, fifteen (15) months.
For Industrial Engines only, an extended limited warranty of twenty-four (24) months is provided for these specific parts only: the cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft forging, connecting rods, flywheel, flywheel housing, camshaft, timing gear, and gear case. The Warranty Period for both the standard limited warranty and the extended limited warranty begins on the date of delivery from any China Port( B/L date) and is valid only until the applicable warranted duration has passed or the operation hours are exceeded, whichever occurs first.

SDS DISTRIBUTOR’s responsibility:
SDS Distributors must do the local repairs to the end-users first, and then go back to SDS for warranty claim. If you believe in the products you distributed has experienced a failure due to a defect in material and / or workmanship, you must contact SDS within thirty (30) days of discovering the failure. You must provide machines’s serial No, order no.,delivery date from China, failure description, photos, parts return if required.

SDS’s responsibility:
SDS will provide, at no charge, any failed parts free of charge. If SDS determines that failure of effectively damaged other components, those components will be covered under the terms of this warranty, and will be provided free of charge. No labor expenses and local freight will be covered for these replacement, or subsequent replacement of related parts.

Warranty Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover:
** damages, loss or injury resulting from: operating products in a manner not outlined in the owner's manual, normal wear and tear; misuse; modifications to or removal of original component parts; neglect or improper adjustments; fuel, oil, fuel mix, filters or parts not conforming to manufacturer's specifications
** the cost of parts and / or labor required to perform normal / scheduled maintenance on your SDS machines.
** consumable parts such as, but not limited to, filters, belts, hoses, fuel injector nozzles, lubricants and cleaning fluids.
** The cost of labor and other expense other than parts in local market
** the cost of shipping the product to or from the Warranty repair facility.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. SDS disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages. Such consequential damages may include, but not be limited to, loss of revenue, loss of perishable items, loan payments, cost of rental of substitute equipment, insurance coverage, storage, lodging, transportation, fuel, mileage, and telephone costs.
SDS reserves the right to change the design or specifications of any product without obligation to modify previously produced units.
